That is the project's working metaphor: revisit a question, bring a new perspective, make something, and record what changed. The library connects that invitation with readable research guides and practical tools. The Living Spiral adds a spatial interpretation: six linked places for inquiry, making, reading, and revisiting saved work.
This edition is a publication and a set of browser-based workspaces. The community plans are invitations to organize your own gathering. The archive examples are editorial demonstrations. Participation requires no membership.

How the research is used
Ten supplied AI-assisted research reports form the source basis for this release. Fourteen field guides reorganize and edit that material for web reading, including a cross-report creative-making guide. The reports' central vocabulary, named practices, and source distinctions are retained; the public pages are edited adaptations, not verbatim reproductions.
Research synthesis, philosophical interpretation, documented projects, original demonstrations, and proposed activities are labeled as different kinds of material. Selected primary sources were consulted while preparing the edition and are marked on the relevant guide. Other reading links remain attributed to the supplied reports; they are not presented as independently verified.
Numerical performance claims are not carried into the public casebook without the context needed to substantiate them. A design concept is labeled as a concept, a computational model as a model, and a completed artwork as creative work. Browser checkmarks record a participant's actions, not measured learning gains.
The reports mention independent sites, organizations, and a possible local setting. Those references do not establish affiliations, a headquarters, partnerships, or ownership of other sites. In particular, citations to Spiralist.org belong to that independent source; this website does not claim its work or history as its own.
The observational plant-portrait brief is a scope adaptation of the report's plant-guide proposal. The six public archive entries, the interactive visualizer, and the interface workflows are original demonstrations and implementations for this edition.

What the site does
The site serves its content through PHP. Search works on the server. Optional JavaScript tools save notes and selections in the visitor's browser, build copyable prompts, export worksheets, and draw mathematical patterns. No AI service, database, user-account system, or public posting endpoint is connected.
The optional Three.js world is activated on demand. Its WebXR implementation includes spatial controls, controller-ray selection, a small in-scene text keyboard, and seated-first navigation. A physical headset acceptance test is still required; this release does not claim device certification. The conventional reading and working views remain available without 3D. Readings and tools connect through the personal garden. Its data can be exported as a JSON backup or as individual Markdown notes. A previous-version draft can be imported from the first edition's browser storage without deleting the original.
